Shipping & Returns

Absolutely no returns! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
  • Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

We ship via USPS.  All options are provided via checkout.

 * Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Bodysuits, swim suits are non-returnable.  *FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):

 

Return by Mail

  1. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. SMITTEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
